The cost for shipping is based upon your total
order amount. No weekend or holiday delivery is available. Use the table as
a quick reference for calculating your shipping charge.
- Allow one extra day
for gift-wrapped, in seamed or monogrammed items. Please add one
additional business day for orders received after 5.00pm Eastern Time.

| Our goal is to process
all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and
shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday
8:00AM – 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any
problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted
within two business days. |

You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation
e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number
can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping

may cancel an order at any time prior to processing at our center by
calling 212-387 9666 or email us at
cservice@aboutcurtains.com. Unfortunately, we are not able to
cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our
Returns Policies for easy returns. |

Unwashed, unused, or
defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days. Items may be returned
for any other reason within 30 days after the shipping date for a
merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment.
Sorry, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Exchanging
an Item
If you've kept your
packing slip, fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the
slip with the item(s) you would like to order, and include it when sending
your return merchandise. If the amount for the replacement item(s) exceeds
the amount to be refunded (cost of the product only; shipping and handling
cannot be refunded unless the error was ours), please include payment for
the additional amount. There are no additional charges for shipping if
you're exchanging an item.
Returning
or Exchanging Items
Follow these instructions to return any aboutcurtains.com purchase;

All
returns
require a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Please do not return any merchandise
without obtaining a RMA. In order to obtain a RMA along
with return instructions and the correct return address, please send an
e-mail to rma@aboutcurtains.com
. And do not forget to include your name and your order number!

Indicate if you want
us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund
check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling
in the return form. We will not charge the costs for shipping the
exchange order.

Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package,
packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

| We will accept returns
if the merchandise unwashed, unused, or defective and in the
original package. Because monogramming is a custom service, we
cannot accept returns on monogrammed items once they have been
shipped, unless we at aboutcurtains.com have made an error.

Items must be returned within 21
days of delivery. Merchandise returned without a RMA number or after
21 days with RMA number will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items
returned after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted for return. |

For
unwashed, unused, or defective merchandise, we'll refund or credit the
value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are
nonrefundable. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should
accompany your return. We process all returns immediately upon receipt of
the item(s) in our operations center. Depending on the method you use to
send the item(s) to us, it can take up to 3-4 weeks for you to receive your
refund. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be
posted to your credit card account the day we process your return. If you
placed an order by check, your refund check will be sent to you via
first-class mail. |
